Head of Sales

We are recruiting the Head of Sales for a very interesting and marketing disrupting company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the FX industry, primarily focused on commercial accounts.
The role is a ‘Player Manager’, as such, as Head of Sales, you will be tasked with building the internal sales team while building a stainable pipeline.
The role will see you:
• Acquire new customers from identified focus markets and key verticals
• Deliver Repeatable and Sustainable incremental new MRR deal flow to grow revenue
• Identify and coordinate activity into focus markets and key verticals
• Identify and develop outstanding sales talent for the business
• Drive a metrics-based approach to measurement and management
• Exceed Team Sales Target
• Coach reps to drive deals using your sales methodology
• Develop new territory and segments plans that meet the strategic goals
• Develop Alliances and Affiliate Partnerships to support key channel growth
• Lead Key Deal Reviews ensuring actions are followed up and completed
• Ensure CT Value Proposition is communicated to all customers and prospects
• Aggressively follow up leads and ensure that status is recorded on CRM
• Provide Accurate / Timely Forecasting for department
• Produce reporting and measure rep performance metrics
• Develop strategies to improve rep performance metrics, specifically new client acquisition numbers and closing ratios
• Training, coaching, and development of team members for high performance
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM Management for the whole department
